Cloud bread pizza

What Is Cloud Bread :

Cloud bread is a type of bread that became popular for its fluffy and light texture. It is a low-carb and gluten-free alternative to traditional bread, often used in keto and gluten-free diets. Cloud bread is made using just a few ingredients, typically  cream cheese, eggs and a sweetener or seasoning. The eggs are separated, and the whites are whipped to create a meringue-like consistency. The cream cheese and any additional ingredients are then folded into the whipped egg whites. The mixture is baked until it becomes golden and puffy, resulting in a bread-like structure that is soft and airy. ‌Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cloud bread crusts are lightly golden and set.

‌Remove the cloud bread crusts from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.

‌Once the crusts have cooled slightly, spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each crust.

‌Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce, and add your desired pizza toppings.

‌Return the cloud bread pizzas to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
